    I love the hotel and atmosphere. The staff is super friendly. Room service food though was very mediocre. Breakfast service in the hotel guest area (restaurant was closed for an event) was not very friendly. They were not bad, but compared to the rest of the staff, they clearly underperformed.

    We love this hotel!! Bailey is outstanding. She is professional, kind and considerate in every situation. A gem! Similarly, Mariah in La Cone Verde was outstanding. The staff is so warm and helpful. Andy was so helpful with Broadway shows, and always goes above and beyond!!!
